In addition to insurance claims we do quite a bit of non-insurance work.  We accept more types  insurance companie payments than most of our competition.

The Facility you pick to repair your 1st or 2nd most expensive possession behind your home should take time to explain the estimate & repair process. They should allow you to tour their shop to further explain & answer your questions. They should back their work with a Lifetime / Nationwide warranty. They should have an on going customer satisfaction measurement program.  The facility you pick should be willing to co-operate with your insurance company. Yet still properly & safely repair your vehicle.

Did you know that the insurance company can not tell you where to get your car repaired? Many insurance companies have Direct Repair Programs, or D.R.P.'s as they're known. D.R.P.'s are referral programs that attempt to refer you towards a certain repair shop that gives the insurance company a special discount in exchange for a high volume of repairs. We are a Direct Repair Facility for many small & medium insurance companies. Our DRP's are not based on high referral volume, so you will not be a number to us.  This allows us to move quickly to repair your car.  I want your business because you want to be here, not because the insurance company suggested you come here. Were proud of our ongoing commitment to industry education. Unfortunately California does not require bodyshops to have any training, so any one can hang up a sign and open a body shop. However at Insurance Auto Collision Center we recognize how difficult it is to properly fix today's cars. You just can't do it unless you have the right training. I-CAR is the collision industry's training experts. As a condition of employment, all technicians employed at Insurance Auto Collision Center must get I-CAR certified.
